  Above and beyond service! We will definitely recommend them to our friends. Had young son helping, he was an extremely polite young man! They both were. Thank you for rushing to our aid on a Saturday night.

  I called with a problem. They were quick to respond, knowledgable, friendly and reasonable. They worked until the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend them! From the first call to them until the resolution they explained everything to me. The calm in a stressful situation for me. They are clearly dedicated to their trade and their customers.

  A joke.!!! A phone call on a Monday to follow up on a promised service call of over 3 weeks ago, by a sub trade ( Rutter Brothers who apparently do all of their gas work) , only to be told that they (VENSTRA) will get back to me by days end.. It is now Wednesday and after 4:00 p.m and still no call. The problem still exists and I'm out of propane with no hope of a refill until the problem is rectified. I have tradesmen (carpenters) working on site for me, staying with me and hoping for a hot shower at days end. Thankfully they are off this week for a break, but they will be back to finish what they promised me they would do.
