  My partner and I had an amazing experience here today. We went to rent a tandem bicycle for our first time (to tour around the wineries) and the gentleman helping us was so knowledgable, friendly, and didn't make us feel like newbies at all. The process of renting the bike was smooth, quick and easy. We rented it from about 12-6 and the price was so reasonable. We had such a fun time riding and knowing that we had free roadside assistance helped ease our minds. It was also great to learn that for a small fee they would come and pick up our bike if we felt as though we drank too much on our wine tours to drive back or didn't want to ride back. They also provide you with a water bottle that you get to keep. Returning the bikes was just as quick and easy as renting them was and the lady that helped us at this point was also lovely. She was so genuinely happy to hear that we had a great ride and shared in our enthusiasm.

  Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I dropped in with my Omafiets bike, & they noticed a problem with my brake cable and fixed it right away. They also showed me how to maintain my bike chain.

  Amazing customer service! I bent my front wheel by accident and was wondering if it could be fixed. Rick offered to have a look at it. it was fixed it in no time. I will definitely come back. If you leave around Bloomfield or if you are in the area in vacation I highly recommend you stopping by. Rick even gave me a sticker for my bike that I love: TV SUCKS Ride your bike! Big Thank You!

  The shop owner was amazingly helpful. Sent us in the right direction for wineries and gave us complimentary reusable water bottles. We will definitely be back .. and tell all of our friends what great service we had today!!!

  My partner and I rented our bikes from this place last week. This place kills it. It's one of those places where you just know the owners and employees really care. They got us set up with a bike, making sure everything was perfect from type of bike, seat height, racks, bags, helmets, etc. before having us ride off. They also were super helpful giving us suggestions where to go and how to get there. This is the place to rent your bike in PEC.

  I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to rent bikes. Even the other employees that I didn't directly interact with were so friendly; just by saying hi or smiling and acknowledging us.
