    This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They never pick up the phone. They keep mailing important documents to an address I have told them I don't live at over 5 times. Despite not getting a response from the letters they sent to the wrong address, they did not call, email, or text me and instead sent to collections. They were also 30% more expensive than the next company I talked to. Avoid at all costs.

    worst insurance company i have ever dealt with! our rates change every month. zero customer service. unbelievable. rick has checked out and doesn't carefully answer about this business.
