  After another twenty minutes of waiting, our food finally came. Not even ten minutes away from 2 hours. No refund, no deduction, no compensation.

  Had a very poor food experience, ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it came out ice cold and tasted extremely bitter. My friend ordered some fish that tasted alright, nothing special. The fries and service was very good but other than that, food was less than mediocre, and the restaurant is very dated inside

  My mother and I ordered from here, and usually their food is amazing and etc. Unfortunately, they took 1:50:00 to get to our house which is just by the LCBO. We called after an hour wondering where our $58 meal was. Our guest had to leave and left hungry.

  We asked to speak to the owner because no take out should take that long to get to a doorstep, and we just wanted to see if they'd give us some free wings on the side to compensate for the time taken (1:30:00).
